Fire at Turkish perfume warehouse kills six, injures five

A fire broke out Saturday morning at a perfume warehouse in Dilovasi, northwestern Turkey, killing six people, including two teenage girls aged 16 and 17, authorities said.
Five others were injured, one critically, while three people, including the warehouse owner, were arrested following the blaze.
The fire began at 9:00 AM local time in a building housing multiple warehouses and factories, destroying two storeys of the depot. Firefighters and emergency services quickly brought the flames under control.
Witnesses reported explosions and cries from inside the building, with flames spreading to nearby factories.
Authorities have launched an investigation to determine the cause of the fire. Additionally, seven civil servants from the social security and labour ministries were suspended, while the labour ministry continues to examine potential safety violations.
