The Public Security Directorate (PSD) announced that a joint investigation team, comprising the Criminal Investigation Department, the Balqa Police Directorate, and the East Amman Police Directorate, has successfully arrested two young women involved in the theft of a home in the Ain al-Basha area of Balqa Governorate.

The theft targeted 100,000 Jordanian dinars ($141,000) and gold jewelry, according to the directorate.

The homeowner had previously filed a complaint with the police after his residence was burgled by unknown individuals.

Investigation Leads to Suspects' Identification

The PSD's media spokesperson indicated that a special investigative team was formed to follow up on the complaint. By tracking evidence and gathering information, the team was able to identify the two female suspects.

Confession and Recovery of Stolen Goods

Interrogations revealed that the two suspects confessed to committing the theft. Their confession led to the recovery of 78,000 dinars ($110,000) and the stolen gold jewelry that was in their possession.
