Smoke billows amid 'Israeli' strikes on the southern Lebanese village of Debbin on September 18, 2025.
Five killed, including three children with US citizenship, in 'Israeli' strike on south Lebanon
At least five people, including three children, were killed on Sunday in an 'Israeli' drone strike in southern Lebanon, the Lebanese Health Ministry reported.
The state-run National News Agency said the strike, near the town of Bint Jbeil, targeted a motorcycle.
Four American citizens, a father and his three children, were killed, while their mother was critically injured. The family had reportedly returned to their hometown for a visit.
The attack took place just 30 kilometers from where US envoy Amos Hochstein was meeting Lebanese officials.
'Israel' continues to carry out regular strikes inside Lebanon, claiming they target Hezbollah positions, despite a ceasefire in November intended to end more than a year of hostilities between the two sides.
