Jordan conducts joint airdrop of aid into Gaza

The Jordanian Armed Forces on Thursday carried out an airdrop of humanitarian aid into the Gaza Strip. The operation, conducted by Royal Jordanian Air Force aircraft, also involved planes from Germany, the United Arab Emirates, Belgium, France, and Italy. Around 74 tons of food and relief supplies were dropped inside the enclave.

With this latest mission, the number of airdrops carried out by the Jordanian Armed Forces since operations resumed on July 27 has reached 154 by Jordan alone, while the total number conducted in cooperation with allied and friendly countries has risen to 337.

The Royal Jordanian Air Force has now dropped a total of approximately 767 tons of relief items and essential supplies into Gaza.
