'Israeli' forces besiege home near Nablus, deploy snipers

Roya’s correspondent in Palestine reported Sunday that Israeli Occupation Forces (IOF) have surrounded a home in the village of Salem, located east of Nablus in the occupied West Bank.

According to the correspondent, 'Israeli' forces deployed snipers on rooftops of nearby buildings around the besieged house.

A large military force stormed the village before imposing a security cordon around the area, creating a state of heightened tension.

As of now, the reason for the siege and the identity of the residents inside the home remain unclear.
