'Israeli' airstrikes hit southern Lebanon, casualties reported
Israeli Occupation warplanes launched four separate airstrikes Saturday on various areas in southern Lebanon, targeting the towns of Shebaa, Bint Jbeil, Saf al-Hawa, and Shaqra, resulting in a number of deaths and injuries.
According to Roya's correspondent, the total number of airstrikes has risen to six so far, distributed across four locations.
In the town of Saf al-Hawa – Bint Jbeil, an 'Israeli' drone targeted a civilian vehicle, killing one person and injuring two others.
In Shebaa, one person was reportedly injured in a direct strike, while two others were wounded in Shaqra. Another individual was injured in Bint Jbeil, according to the Lebanese Ministry of Health’s Emergency Operations Center.
These attacks come amid ongoing escalations in southern Lebanon over the past several months, with growing concerns about worsening humanitarian and security conditions in border villages.
