Gold prices in Jordan held steady on Thursday, June 5, 2025, according to the prices quoted by the Jordanian Jewelers Syndicate (JJS).
The syndicate’s pricing showed no significant changes in the local market, with the cost of various gold types remaining consistent with previous rates.
The price of 24-carat gold stood at JD 78.500 per gram for selling and JD 76.100 for buying.
21-carat gold, the most commonly used for jewelry in Jordan, was priced at JD 68.400 for selling and JD 66.400 for buying.
Meanwhile, 18-carat gold was listed at JD 60.500 for selling and JD 56.500 for buying, while 14-carat gold was priced at JD 46.200 for selling and JD 41.600 for buying.
The price of gold coins also remained unchanged:
- The Rashadi lira was selling at JD 483.8 and buying at JD 464.8.
- The English lira was listed at JD 547.2 for selling and JD 531.2 for buying.
