Two attacks in West Bank leaves three “Israelis” injured: Hebrew media
On Wednesday, two attacks in the West Bank left at least three people injured within a short span of time, according to Yedioth Ahronoth.
The first incident occurred near the Reihan Crossing in Westbank, where two individuals were moderately to seriously injured by gunfire while in their vehicle near the perimeter fence.
The Israeli Occupation Forces (IOF) were dispatched to the area and are conducting searches for suspects. The victims were evacuated to Rambam Health Care Campus in Haifa via helicopter. The IOF is investigating the possibility of a drive-by shooting.
Less than an hour later, a suspected car-ramming attack took place in the Mount Hebron area. The attacker, who reportedly tried to carjack the victim, ran over a person before pulling out a knife. The assailant was neutralized by security forces.
The injured is in moderate condition and was evacuated from the scene. The roads in Mount Hebron was blocked to traffic as authorities secured the area.
The IOF is currently investigating both incidents, and many forces have been dispatched to assist in the search for suspects. Authorities are working to understand the full scope of the attacks.
This is a developing story.
