Israeli Occupation names two soldiers killed, six wounded in Gaza

The Israeli Occupation Forces (IOF) confirmed on Saturday the death of a sergeant and a border police, along with the injury of six others, during clashes on Friday in the Shujaiya neighborhood, east of Gaza City.

Hebrew media reported that the sergeant, Aido Foloh, and Border Police soldier Nitai Yitzhak Kahana were killed during confrontations with Palestinian resistance fighters near the neighborhood.

According to an initial investigation cited by 'Israeli' sources, a unit from the 16th Reserve Brigade had launched an offensive operation on the outskirts of Shujaiya, about 1.5 kilometers from the Gaza border fence.
