Gaza Health Ministry: 1,400 medical personnel killed during 'Israeli' aggression

The Gaza Ministry of Health announced Tuesday that over 1,400 medical workers have been killed since the beginning of the 'Israeli' aggression on Gaza.

In a statement on Telegram, the ministry reported that more than 1,400 healthcare personnel have been killed and approximately 360 others remain detained in 'Israeli' prisons.

Since October 7, 2023, 'Israeli' attacks have targeted 36 hospitals and health centers across Gaza, leading to the near-total collapse of the medical system and depriving thousands of injured and ill Palestinians of life-saving care.

The ministry condemned the continued targeting of healthcare workers and infrastructure, calling it a violation of international humanitarian law and an intentional effort to dismantle Gaza’s healthcare system amid a deepening humanitarian crisis.
