Jordan field hospital distributes 81 food aid packages in Gaza
In line with the directives of His Majesty King Abdullah II and Jordan’s ongoing efforts to support the people of Gaza, the Jordanian Field Hospital Gaza 81 distributed food aid to residents in northern Gaza on Thursday.
The humanitarian effort, organized by the Jordanian Armed Forces - Arab Army in collaboration with the Jordan Hashemite Charity Organization, provided 500 food parcels to families in need.
The hospital's commanding officer emphasized that this initiative is part of Jordan’s continuous commitment to alleviating the suffering of the Palestinian people and ensuring access to basic necessities, particularly with the approaching holy month of Ramadan.
Residents of Gaza expressed their deep gratitude to King Abdullah II and the Jordanian government for their steadfast support. They also praised the Jordanian Armed Forces - Arab Army for their ongoing medical and humanitarian efforts in the region.
Since its establishment in 2009, the Jordanian Field Hospital in northern Gaza has provided medical services to approximately 3,554,422 patients, underscoring Jordan’s long-standing commitment to humanitarian relief in the region.
