Civil aviation authority issues important statement for airline passengers

The Jordan Civil Aviation Regulatory Commission (CARC) issued a statement today, urging all passengers to stay updated with the latest weather bulletins issued by official authorities and to ensure that airlines have the passengers’ contact information.

“This will allow the airline to fulfill its duty of informing you of any potential changes to your flight and ensuring your rights are upheld in accordance with consumer protection regulations,” the statement added.

The announcement comes amid the upcoming unstable weather conditions.
