'Israel' places threat-laced bracelets on released Palestinian detainees

Videos of Palestinian political prisoners being released from 'Israeli' detention have sparked questions about the wristbands placed on them before their release, which contained explicit threats.

Footage showed the bracelets featuring messages such as: "The eternal people shall not be harmed… I hunt down my enemies and capture them!" Activists and observers have condemned this as an intimidation tactic aimed at instilling fear in the freed detainees even after their release.

According to Hebrew Channel 12, the 'Israeli' Prison Service has been distributing these bracelets to Palestinian detainees freed under the Gaza ceasefire agreement.

Meanwhile, Hamas has provided released captives with commemorative gifts upon their release from Gaza.

Palestinian Red Crescent reported that at least seven released detainees were transferred to hospitals due to poor health conditions.

On Saturday, a bus carrying freed Palestinian political prisoners as part of the fifth phase of the ceasefire exchange deal arrived in the West Bank city of Ramallah.
