Investigation underway after video shows assault inside home in Jordan

The spokesperson for the Public Security Directorate stated that a special investigative team from the Criminal Investigation Department has been assigned to look into several videos circulating online. In the footage, an individual is seen assaulting someone inside a home.

The investigation team successfully identified the assailant, who has a criminal record and five active arrest warrants. The suspect was reportedly hiding from authorities.

The spokesperson confirmed that the location of the suspect and another individual with him was identified by the afternoon. Both were arrested during a raid and will be referred to court for legal proceedings.
