Authorities found the bodies of two children thrown by their father into the Zarqa River, northeast Jordan – per Roya’s correspondent.

The spokesperson for the Public Security Directorate (PSD) confirmed that teams from the Civil Defense and Zarqa Police successfully recovered the bodies of the two children.

During questioning, the father admitted to the crime, explaining that following a family dispute, he took the children and threw them into the river – according to the PSD’s statement.
