A Roya correspondent reported that the Israeli Occupation Forces (IOF) announced on Wednesday evening that they had "neutralized" an individual involved in a ramming attack near the village of Deir Qaddis, west of Ramallah.
The army claimed that the driver intended to target IOF soldiers in the area.
Additionally, the correspondent stated that the IOF opened fire on the driver after he attempted to run over a female soldier near Ramallah in the West Bank.
