This aggression has become the deadliest period for journalists since 1992, with at least 141 killed, mostly Palestinian journalists in Gaza. The Palestinian Journalists' Syndicate condemned Israeli Occupation’s targeting of media workers, calling it an attempt to silence the truth and suppress freedom of expression, urging international protection for Palestinian journalists.
Journalists Assassinated
The Palestinian Information Center confirmed earlier Thursday that five journalists were killed in the targeted vehicle near Al-Awda Hospital in Nuseirat refugee camp, central Gaza.
Roya's correspondent later identified the slain journalists as Faisal Abu Al-Qumsan, Fadi Hassouna, Ayman Al-Jadi, Ibrahim Al-Sheikh, and Ali Mohammad Al-Da'a.
The Israeli assault on Gaza has now entered its 447th day, with intense bombardments across multiple areas, leaving dozens of civilian casualties. The total death toll from 'Israeli' aggression on Gaza since October 2023 has risen to 45,361, with 107,803 injured.
