The “Israeli” offensive on Gaza continued unabated for the 431st consecutive day, with what Palestinian officials describe as acts of genocide carried out in full view of the international community.

In the past 24 hours, three “Israeli” soldiers were killed, and 12 others injured in a resistance operation in Jabalia Refugee Camp in northern Gaza.

Meanwhile, a tragic “Israeli” airstrike targeted a home in Nuseirat, central Gaza, killing seven Palestinians and injuring several others.

The previous day marked another grim milestone, with around 60 Palestinians killed in widespread airstrikes, primarily concentrated in northern Gaza.

The Gaza Health Ministry reported that the ongoing offensive has resulted in 44,758 fatalities and 106,134 injuries since October 7, 2023.

Ceasefire developments

“Israeli” Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu claimed progress in prisoner exchange negotiations while reiterating his government's intent to continue the war until its objectives are achieved.

"We are working tirelessly to bring back all captives, and we will not stop until every one of them returns safely," Netanyahu stated. He also emphasized efforts to dismantle Hamas’s military capabilities and governing infrastructure.

The New York Times cited informed sources saying that talks for a ceasefire and prisoner exchange are advancing quietly, though details remain unclear. The newspaper noted that recent negotiations have gained significant momentum.

Palestinian sources hinted at potential breakthroughs in reaching a ceasefire agreement, though no official confirmation has been provided.
