Trump hosts Sara Netanyahu for dinner
US President-elect Donald Trump welcomed Sara Netanyahu, the wife of "Israeli" Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu, to his golf club for a dinner party.

Sara Netanyahu posted a picture of Trump and herself on Instagram, stating, “I congratulated the President on his historic victory in the elections."
Netanyahu emphasized the enduring ties between "Israel" and the US, noting their "steadfast friendship" and the "importance of continuing to nurture the unique bond between our nations."
During the discussion, Netanyahu brought up the captives held in Gaza. “I emphasized the urgent need to act for their release and swift return,” she shared.
Netanyahu also pointed to the broader implications of "Israel’s" ongoing fight against what she called the "axis of evil." She underlined the necessity of "Israel’s" victory, stating it is vital "for a more stable and secure future in the Middle East and around the world."
