"Israeli" Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu.
“War not over,” Netanyahu says after announcing Yahya Sinwar’s killing
“Israeli” Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu said today “this war is not over” – following the Israeli Occupation Forces (IOF) statement claiming that Hamas leader Yahya Sinwar was killed.
He said the incident marks “the beginning of the day after Hamas.”
“Evil has suffered a heavy blow, but the mission is not complete. We will continue until the return of the kidnapped,” Netanyahu said in a pre-recorded video statement published after the IOF’s announcement.
He added that Sinwar was eliminated by the IOF’s “heroic soldiers”
Netanyahu sent a message to Hamas, saying “Whoever lays down his arms and returns our hostages, we will allow him to leave and live.”
“Hamas will no longer rule Gaza…this is an opportunity for you, the residents of Gaza, to finally break free from its tyranny.”
Netanyahu said to the people of the Middle East there is “a great opportunity to stop the axis of evil and create a different future.”
