“Israeli” attacks in southern Lebanon leave two dead, four injured
In a series of Israeli Occupation drone strikes in southern Lebanon, two individuals were martyred and four others injured.
The first drone strike occurred on the main road between Chaqra and Meiss El-Jabal, hitting a car and causing injuries to two people, according to a Roya correspondent.
The second drone strike targeted a motorcycle near the castle of Doubiyeh on the same route, resulting in the martyrdom of two individuals and injuries to additional victims, including a child.
The correspondent also reported that “Israeli” drones were observed flying at low altitudes over the southern suburbs of Beirut and Rafic Hariri International Airport.
The incident follows a recent warning from the Biden administration to the “Israeli” government.
The US administration cautioned that further strikes on Hezbollah positions in Beirut, in retaliation for the incident in Majdal Shams on Saturday, could escalate further violence.
