The weather tonight will be moderate across various regions, suitable for outdoor activities, with light to moderate northwesterly winds – per ArabiaWeather’s forecasts.

Jordan will be affected by a heatwave starting Thursday, lasting until Friday, causing temperatures to rise 4-6 degrees Celsius above the average.

The average temperature in the capital, Amman, during this period is 31°C, expected to increase to around 36°C.

The weather will be very hot across most regions and extremely hot in the Jordan Valley, the Dead Sea, and Aqaba, with high clouds appearing in the southern parts of the country.

Another temperature increase is expected on Friday, with temperatures rising 6-8 degrees Celsius above the average. The weather will be hot in most areas and extremely hot in the Jordan Valley, the Dead Sea, and Aqaba.

Temperatures in some areas of the capital, especially eastern Amman, may reach the high thirties. Winds will be moderate westerly, becoming active in the afternoon – according to ArabiaWeather.

During the heatwave, it is advised to avoid prolonged and direct exposure to the sun, not to leave flammable materials inside vehicles for extended periods, not to leave children in closed vehicles even for short periods, safely dispose of cigarettes to prevent fires, and ensure adequate water intake.
