Hamas issues statement following martyrdom of Haniyeh's family members

Hamas movement condemned the Israeli Occupation army's attacks on civilians in the Gaza Strip, calling them "fascist violations" against Palestinians.

In a statement on Tuesday, Hamas highlighted a bombing in Beach Camp that killed 10 civilians, including the sister of Hamas leader Ismail Haniyeh.

The group also denounced the bombing of Abdel Fattah Hammoud School in the Al-Daraj neighborhood, which resulted in the deaths of eight members of the Al-Jarru family, and the attacks on the Nasr family home in Al-Maghazi camp and the UNRWA Asma School in Al-Shati camp, which killed dozens, mostly women and children.

Hamas emphasized that these attacks violate international laws and humanitarian values by targeting innocent civilians. The raids in Beach Camp, west of Gaza City, resulted in the deaths of at least 10 Palestinians and injured dozens, including Ismail Haniyeh's sister.

Palestinian media reported the victims' names, including multiple members of the Haniyeh family. Notably, three of Haniyeh's sons and two grandchildren were killed in a bombing targeting their car in April.

The Israeli Occupation attacks on Gaza have continued for 263 days, affecting areas like Khan Yunis, Al-Maghazi, Al-Shati camps, and Rafah, resulting in 37,626 deaths and 86,098 injuries since October 7.
