The Israeli Occupation's aggression on Gaza entered its 246th day, with international anticipation for a ceasefire agreement and prisoner exchange. Meanwhile, Israeli Occupation Forces (IOF) continued committing heinous massacres against Palestinians.

The UN, under Secretary-General António Guterres, listed the Israeli Occupation on the blacklist of states targeting children, provoking anger among Israeli Occupation government leaders.

Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu claimed the UN placed itself on the "blacklist of history." Ambassador Gilad Erdan called the decision "immoral," stating that "the only person blacklisted is the Secretary-General. Shame on him!" Foreign Minister Israel Katz said the decision would impact relations with the UN.

The Israeli Occupation continued targeting civilians in Gaza by land, sea, and air, with raids causing dozens of Palestinian deaths and injuries.

According to the latest preliminary statistics from Gaza's Ministry of Health, the death toll reached 36,731, mostly women and children, with 83,530 injured and thousands still trapped under rubble.
