Users report ChatGPT outage

Users reported a technical malfunction in OpenAI's chatbot "ChatGPT" early Tuesday while attempting to use it.

OpenAI confirmed they are aware of the problem and are working to resolve it.

They are investigating an issue described as a "Bad Gateway" error (error reference number 502), which indicates the web server failed to receive a valid response from an upstream server it tried to access.
