Fire erupts in northern “Israel” after Iron Dome interceptions
A fire has erupted in Biriya Forest near Safed in northern Israel, after an interceptor missile from the Iron Dome system was launched at an incoming target, local “Israeli” authorities said – cited by Hebrew media.
The fire was caused by the falling shrapnel following the interception. Two firefighting teams are currently at the scene.
The Israeli Occupation Forces (IOF) has not commented on the incident yet.
