Civil Defense Directorate responds to over 1,300 emergency cases in 24 hours

Over the past 24 hours, the Civil Defense Directorate (CDD) addressed 1,341 diverse emergency cases, with an average response time of 7 minutes and 50 seconds.

According to Friday's report from the CDD, specialized teams promptly attended to these cases and ensured the safe transportation of the injured to hospitals.

Furthermore, the directorate managed 124 rescue operations, with an average response time of 7 minutes and 30 seconds. These operations encompassed various rescue scenarios, aiding in the preservation of citizens' safety and minimizing damage.

In parallel, 46 firefighting incidents were managed, alongside the extinguishing of 158 dry grass fires, with an average response time of 8 minutes and 53 seconds.

These statistics underscore the significant endeavors undertaken by the Civil Defense Directorate to safeguard citizens and swiftly address emergency situations, thereby mitigating losses and safeguarding lives and property.
