“Israeli” army targets south Lebanon

The Israeli Occupation Forces (IOF) reported Thursday evening targeting the areas of Hula and Maroun al-Ras in southern Lebanon.

In an official statement, the IOF said that it targeted two Hezbollah buildings in southern Lebanon. It also reported observing rockets launched from Lebanese territory near Zrariyeh without causing any injuries.

Tensions have been escalating along the southern Lebanese border with the IOF since the Al-Qassam Brigades, the military wing of Hamas, launched “Operation Aqsa Typhoon” on Oct. 7, 2023.
