“Israeli” soldier killed in north Gaza, toll of slain troops rises to 635

The Israeli Occupation Forces (IOF) said today that a soldier from the Netzah Yehuda Battalion has died today after succumbing to wounds sustained on May 22, 2024 in a battle in northern Gaza.

The soldier is identified as Sergeant Bezalel Zvi Kovach, 20 years old.

This raises the death toll of IOF soldiers killed in the ground invasion of the Gaza Strip since Oct. 27, 2023 to 287, and 635 since “Operation Aqsa Typhoon” on Oct. 7.
