A settler was injured in a stabbing incident at the Yitzhar settlement, located south of Nablus on Thursday, according to a Roya correspondent.

The perpetrator fled the scene before authorities began searching the area near Salman Al-Farisi roundabout in Huwwara town, also south of Nablus. The injured settler was taken to Beilinson Hospital in the occupied territories.

Early Thursday, Hebrew Radio reported that Border Guard forces subdued a Palestinian youth who had tried to stab a soldier in Jerusalem. The police claimed that the young Palestinian approached the border guards, pulled out a knife during examination, attacked the officers, and attempted to stab one of them.

The youth was subdued by police gunfire before causing harm, with no injuries reported among the officers.

Since the start of the Operation Aqsa Typhoon and the Israeli Occupation aggression on Gaza, the Israeli Occupation military has increased its operations in the West Bank, conducting more incursions and raids into Palestinian areas.

This has resulted in hundreds of Palestinian deaths and thousands of injuries, as reported by the Palestinian Ministry of Health.
