Monday, gold prices in Jordan have increased by 60 piasters - according to the second round of pricing for the day by the General Syndicate of Owners of Trade and Jewelry Shops.

The purchase price for citizens of one gram of 21-carat gold now stands at JD 47.4, with a selling price of JD 45.

The purchase price of one gram of 24-carat gold is now JD 54.8 with a selling price of JD 52.4.

As for 18-carat gold, purchase and selling prices are at JD 42.4 and JD 38.9, respectively.

The purchase price of the Ottoman lira in the markets is approximately JOD 336, while the price of the English lira is around JOD 384.
