Human Rights Watch: Israeli Occupation attack on Gaza building 'apparent war crime'

Human Rights Watch conducted an inquiry revealing that the Israeli Occupation military unlawfully targeted a residential building in Gaza on October 31, with no evident military objective.

The organization said that the Israeli Occupation assault on the Gaza structure resulted in the deaths of 106 civilians, including 54 children, which is an 'apparent war crime.'

Emphasizing the need for governments to halt arms transfers to Israeli Occupation, Human Rights Watch advocated for supporting the International Criminal Court's investigation into the situation in Palestine.

The investigation coincides with continued denial by several countries, led by the United States, regarding allegations of war crimes committed by the Israeli Occupation in Gaza.

Human Rights Watch, an international non-governmental organization headquartered in New York City, has been dedicated to monitoring and defending human rights since its establishment in 1978.

Initially created to ensure compliance with the Helsinki Accords by the Soviet Union, it has since expanded its focus to human rights monitoring globally.
