The Israeli Occupation Forces (IOF) announced today that it has completed its military operations at Al-Shifa Hospital in Gaza City - which has been ongoing since March 18.

"Troops have completed precise operational activity in the area of the Shifa Hospital and
exited the area of the hospital," the IOF said in a statement.

The IOF further claimed that its forces captured around 900 suspects, with over 500 of them classified to be “terrorists,” along with killing 200 Palestinian resistance members.

Over the past two weeks, the IOF has been carrying out what it labeled as "precise operational activity" at the Al-Shifa Medical Complex.

Gaza’s Health Ministry said that the “scale of the destruction inside the complex and the buildings around it is very large” after heavy “Israeli” airstrikes and tank fire targeted the medical facility.

"Dozens of bodies, some of them decomposed, have been recovered from in and around the
Al-Shifa medical complex," the ministry said, adding that the hospital was now "completely
out of service".

Over 20 of the bodies recovered have been crushed by the retreating IOF vehicles.

The “Israeli” police said Monday they had arrested the sister of Hamas leader Ismail Haniyeh as part of a “terror probe” in southern Israel - according to statements made to Agence France-Presse (AFP).

The police added that Sabah Abdel Salam Haniyeh, 57 years old, and an “Israeli” citizen, was taken into custody in the town of Tel Sheva as part of an investigation also involving the Shin Bet.
