120,000 worshippers perform Friday prayer at Al-Aqsa Mosque

120,000 Palestinian worshippers performed the second Friday prayer of Ramadan at the Al-Aqsa Mosque - According to the Islamic Waqf Department in Jerusalem.

Earlier, Palestinian sources reported that “Israeli” forces intensified their measures around the Al-Aqsa Mosque and obstructed Palestinians from reaching the mosque to perform the Friday prayer.

The sources confirmed that “Israeli” forces and police bolstered their presence at the entrances to Jerusalem, where Palestinians' IDs were inspected, and hundreds were denied entry.

They also stated that “Israeli” forces prevented a large number of men and women from entering, citing lack of the necessary permits.
