The Secretary-General of the Jordanian Hashemite Charitable Organization, Hussein Al-Shibli, disclosed the cumulative aid figures provided to the Gaza Strip both pre- and post-October 7.

Al-Shibli revealed during a press briefing that the total aid delivered to Gaza before October 7 reached JD 92 million. He elaborated that 84 flights were dispatched from Amman to Al-Arish en route to Rafah to execute the relief air bridge operation.

Moreover, he detailed that 508 convoys were dispatched via the land route through the King Hussein Border Crossing to Gaza, including 333 trucks in collaboration with international organizations and 175 trucks in direct partnership with the armed forces.

Regarding airdrops, Al-Shibli noted a total of 117 operations, with 50 conducted by the Jordanian Armed Forces and 67 in collaboration with allied nations.

He underscored the organization's commitment to daily aid distribution, emphasizing that no fewer than a thousand families benefit from Jordanian assistance on a daily basis.
