10 injuries were reported Monday evening as a result of a collision at Wadi Musa city in Petra District, including seven tourists - per Roya’s correspondent.

The accident was a result of a collision between a passenger bus and a pickup truck.

One of the injured tourists is currently in a “critical situation.”

Civil defense teams transferred the injured to the hospital, and security forces arrived at the scene and opened an investigation into the causes of the accident.

Meanwhile, the Public Security Directorate (PSD) urges contacting the unified emergency number (911) all over Jordan in case of need, to provide assistance to all citizens in emergencies.
