An “Israeli” official, cited by the “The Times of Israel”, speaking about the prospects of a potential Gaza ceasefire and prisoner exchange deal potentially transpiring out of the talks currently held in Doha, Qatar, stated that they are “not optimistic at all.”

The pressure on “Israel” is increasing as the United States is potentially threatening to impede sales of ammunition and arms to the Israeli Occupation Forces (IOF), the official added.

“[It is] looming in the background,” said the official despite not explicitly started by the Biden Administration.

“It’s communicated through back channels, more hinted. But it’s something that is happening.”
