Prime Minister Dr. Bishr Al-Khasawneh announced the Eid Al-Fitr holiday schedule in a statement issued on Sunday.

As per the announcement, the Eid Al-Fitr holiday will commence from Tuesday morning, April 9, until Friday evening, April 12.

The directive mandates the closure of all ministries, government agencies, public institutions, universities, municipalities, joint services councils, the Greater Amman Municipality, and state-owned companies from Tuesday morning, April 9, until Friday evening, April 12.

However, ministries and official departments with essential operational requirements are exempt from this directive.
