In line with international and regional endeavors spearheaded by Jordan to alleviate the plight faced by Palestinians due to the Israeli Occupation aggression and to assist them in navigating the challenges of Ramadan, the Jordanian Armed Forces executed six food aid airdrops on Friday.

These airdrops involved the participation of various sisterly and friendly nations.

Participating in the operation were two C130 aircraft from the Royal Jordanian Air Force, three aircraft from the United States, and one aircraft from Belgium. The drop locations were targeted across the northern Gaza Strip.

This initiative underscores the solidarity between the Jordanian and Palestinian peoples and aims to address the humanitarian needs of Gaza's population. The Armed Forces affirm their ongoing commitment to dispatch humanitarian and medical aid through an air bridge, utilizing aid planes from Marka Airport to Al-Arish International Airport, as well as through airdrops and ground convoys to Gaza.

With this recent operation, the total number of airdrops conducted by the Jordanian Armed Forces stands at 46, with an additional 63 airdrops conducted in collaboration with allied nations since the onset of the Israeli Occupation aggression in Gaza.
