On the second day of Ramadan, numerous Palestinians gathered at Al-Aqsa Mosque for Isha prayers and Tarawih despite Israeli Occupation restrictions.

The occupation, aiming to deter worshippers, imposed hurdles on Palestinians accessing the mosque.

The region remains tense as Israeli Occupation's aggression against Gaza persists for the 158th day, resulting in over 31,112 Palestinian deaths and 72,760 injuries. On Tuesday, hundreds of settlers, guarded by Israeli Occupation police, intruded into Al-Aqsa Mosque amidst tight security measures and worshiper restrictions.

Around 275 settlers invaded Al-Aqsa on Monday, claiming to mark the start of the Hebrew month, encouraged by extremist groups. Itamar Ben Gvir, Israeli Occupation's Minister of National Security, plans a provocative visit near the Buraq Wall on Friday.

Earlier, Israeli Occupation determined age restrictions for Al-Aqsa entry during Ramadan Fridays. Only men over 55, women over 50, and children under 10, with valid permits, are permitted.

Barbed wire near Al-Aqsa's Lions Gate aims to block worshippers' access, showing Israeli Occupation's ongoing measures against Palestinian religious freedom.
