The Israeli Occupation police intensified their presence, Friday, around the Old City of Jerusalem, imposing restrictions on Palestinians entering the Al-Aqsa Mosque for prayers.

This coincided with the aggression waged against the Gaza Strip since October 7. The increased restrictions on entry to the Al-Aqsa Mosque come in response to popular calls for mobilization to break the siege imposed by the occupation.
