The General Command of the Jordanian Armed Forces - the Arab Army, solemnly escorted the body of Pilot Major Omar Al-Abbadi to his final resting place on Monday, following the funeral prayer at the Grand Mosque of Um Ubhara Al-Kabeer / Marj Al-Hamam.

The martyrdom occurred on Sunday during a routine training exercise.

Military ceremonies were conducted to honor the martyr, as he was carried to his burial site, draped in the Jordanian flag, with his fellow soldiers bearing him on their shoulders. He was laid to rest in the Bahathah Cemetery, where a representative of the General Command of the Jordanian Armed Forces paid tribute by placing a wreath of flowers on his grave.

The procession was attended by several high-ranking officers from the armed forces and security agencies, along with retirees, civilian officials, and members of the public, all paying their respects to the fallen hero.
