Jordanians have taken to the streets to celebrate the national team’s 2-0 victory over South Korea in the semi-finals of the 2023 AFC Asian Cup, and securing their spot in the final to be played next Saturday - February 10.

Jordan's Royal Family congratulated the national football team after their historic victory. His Majesty King Abdullah II wrote on his "X" account after the match: "Al-Nashama, you made us proud! Congratulations to you and to all Jordanians on reaching the final of the Asian Cup, The flag of Jordan is always raised high by the determination and spirit of its sons, long live Al-Nashama."

Crown Prince Hussein, on Instagram stories, wrote, "You wrote history and made glory.. A million congratulations to Jordan and the Jordanians."

Her Majesty Queen Rania, via her official Instagram account wrote, "a team that makes us proud. Congratulations on the victory, and hopefully the cup will be Jordanian."
