Over 700,000 cases of infectious diseases, hepatitis in Gaza, says Ministry of Health

The spokesperson for the Ministry of Health in Gaza, Ashraf al-Qudra, stated that the ministry has recorded over 700,000 cases of infectious diseases, skin ailments, colds, diarrhea, and epidemic hepatitis among displaced Palestinians in the Strip.

In a statement on Monday evening, al-Qudra added that overcrowding, lack of appropriate shelter, insufficient and suitable food and beverages, and the absence of required medical care exacerbate the health and humanitarian crisis for the displaced.

Hea emphasized that the Israeli Occupation Forces (IOF) are carrying out mass executions in Khan Yunis, besieging its hospitals, and preventing the movement of ambulance vehicles to rescue the wounded.
