Jordan’s exports to Greater Arab Free Trade Area rises to JOD 2.82 billion

Jordan's exports to the Greater Arab Free Trade Area reached JOD 2.82 billion since the beginning of 2023 until November 2023 - a growth of 12.4 percent, according to data released by the Department of Statistics.

Exports to Saudi Arabia amounted to approximately JOD 911 million, while exports to the European Union (EU) decreased by 7.7 percent, to approximately JOD 383 million, a decrease from JOD 415 million in the period from January 2022 to November 2022.

Jordan’s exports to India declined to JOD 1.157 billion, and exports to non-Arab Asian countries decreased by 11.6 percent, to approximately JOD 1.904 billion.

As for the North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA), exports increased by 0.6 percent to JOD 1.901 billion, compared to JOD 1.890 billion from January 2022 to November 2023. Exports to Canada amounted to JOD 85 million.
