The terrorist bombing in the Iranian city of Kerman last week resulted in 91 deaths, and the total number of victims, including the injured, reached 368 people among Iranians, according to statements by the head of the Iranian Emergency Organization, Jafar Miadfar, yesterday Saturday.

Daesh claimed responsibility for the operation, the prosecutor general in Kerman stated that 32 people were arrested in connection with the Kerman attack, the Iranian news agency IRNA reported, Sunday.

The two explosions occurred near the mausoleum of Qasem Soleimani, the commander of the Quds Force of the Iranian Revolutionary Guard, in Kerman province on the fourth anniversary of his death last Wednesday.

The Iranian Ministry of Security announced on Friday the arrest of 11 people linked to the bloody attack. Iranian media cited the ministry that the nine detainees constitute a "support network" for the attackers, who killed and injured hundreds.

After Daesh claimed responsibility for the Kerman bombings in Iran, two intelligence sources told Reuters on Friday that intercepted communications confirmed the involvement of a Daesh branch in Afghanistan in the twin bombings in Iran.
