Child vaccines begin entering Gaza through Rafah

01-01-2024 10:28|Children’s vaccines began entering the Gaza Strip on Monday through the Rafah border crossing with Egypt, according to Palestinian Minister of Health, Mai Alkaila.
The vaccines include polio, measles, German measles, pertussis, and other routine vaccinations for children, sufficient for a period ranging from 8 to 14 months, as stated by Alkaila.
She added that the vaccines purchased by the Palestinian government, in addition to those donated by UNICEF, have started to enter the Gaza Strip. This comes amid the critical epidemiological situation caused by the Israeli Occupation aggression against Gaza.
