The Hebrew Broadcasting Authority reported that Tel Aviv is considering moving toward a detainee exchange deal following the incident involving the accidental killing of three detainees in Shuja'iya.
The Chief of Staff of the Israeli Occupation Forces, Hertzi Halevi, stated that he, along with his army, bears responsibility for the killing of the three Israeli Occupation captives in the Shejaiya area.
Halevi added that firing at those raising the white flag is prohibited, but the shooting of captives occurred under circumstances where they were under extreme pressure.
