'Israeli army' delivers warning leaflets to southern Lebanon residents

Israeli Occupation Forces (IOF) aircraft dropped leaflets over southern areas Friday, warning of what they called "Hezbollah operations," according to Roya's correspondent.

The correspondent reported from Lebanon that residents of the town of Kfarshuba in the Arnoun region found warning leaflets dropped by drones over the town and its vicinity, cautioning about what they claimed were "Hezbollah operations."

The leaflets, bearing the flags of Hezbollah and Lebanon, stated: "To the residents of southern Lebanon, we would like to inform you that Hezbollah is taking advantage of the opportunity to infiltrate your homes, your pure lands, the vicinity of your work, and your livelihood, in order to act against the state of Israel, exploiting your properties for its terrorist plans."

The publication continued: "You must stop this terrorism for your safety by exercising caution in the area... Concealing Hezbollah elements in civilian areas is the real danger, and this is what harms you!"

This marks the first time, since the start of the war in southern Lebanon on Oct. 8, that the IOF has dropped this type of leaflets over border towns while continuing its intense artillery and aerial bombardment on southern towns.
