The Israeli Occupation Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu stated that “the war in the Gaza Strip will continue,” during a visit to the Armored Corps in the southern region on Wednesday, Netanyahu added that “international pressure will not stop the war.”

Earlier Wednesday, a member of the Israeli occupation's War Cabinet, Benny Gantz, stated, "The second survival war we are fighting has cost us a heavy, painful, and difficult price" in the Gaza Strip. Gantz added in a post on his "X" account on Wednesday, formerly known as Twitter.

"Every fallen individual is a scar on the entirety of Israel," he added.

The Israeli Occupation Forces (IOF) revealed details earlier Wednesday of an ambush that targeted a colonel and several soldiers in a battle in the Shijaiya neighborhood in the Gaza Strip.

The IOF’s aggression against the Gaza Strip entered its 68th day, with the death toll reaching 18,412, including 7,739 children and 4,885 women with 50,100 injured, per official numbers from the Gaza’s Ministry of Health.

The Israeli Occupation reported the deaths of around 1,200 settlers and soldiers, while the IOF acknowledged the death of 444 officers and soldiers since October 7.
